Senior Manager, Reporting & Insights – Late Stage Collections

Purpose
Leads a team responsible for the delivery of timely management reporting and analyses, enabling the Canada Collections operations teams to make effective decisions to achieve the Bank’s credit loss and OPEX plans.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team responsible for developing and publishing management dashboards, providing monitoring and insights to the Canada Collections leadership team to drive the effectiveness of collection recovery efforts.
- Design and develop analyses pertaining to collections performance for late stage collections, identifying actionable insights to improve collection efforts and recoveries, working closely with the Senior Leadership team to drive improvements in collection strategies and action plans.
