As the Senior Manager, Retail – Veilance, you are accountable for defining and advancing the global Veilance retail strategy, standards, and experience across all regions. You play a critical role in shaping how Veilance shows up in physical environments, ensuring a globally consistent, premium, system‑led guest experience across standalone stores, shop‑in‑shop, and pop‑up formats. You enable retail performance through strategic direction, store experience optimization, and cross‑regional alignment impacting key levers including productivity, full‑price sell‑through, client development, and retention.
