Responsibilities
- Own the technical design authority for enterprise Salesforce engagements – defining org strategy, data architecture, integration patterns, and security models from discovery through go‑live.
- Lead solution architecture across Sales, Service, Experience, Data, Marketing, and Industry Clouds, ensuring designs are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with Salesforce Well‑Architected principles.
