Position Type:
Direct Hire On-Site Required: Minimum - years' design experience in residential and commercial real estate projects including high rises obtained at other MEP firms. Proficiency in REVIT and CAD design required. PE license in Florida required; if not, highly desirable. Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred. Responsibilities: Provide heating and cooling load analysis for low rise and high rise residential and commercial projects and select equipment.
