Feed Additives Negotiator
Role Purpose
Lead the strategic sourcing of raw materials and packaging, evolving Procurement from an operational function into a business partner. This role requires strong negotiation, market intelligence, advanced analytics, a digital/AI mindset, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business goals (cost models, TCO, risk, predictive analysis).
- Lead complex negotiations with local and international suppliers (price, payment terms, supply risks).
- Develop strategic supplier partnerships to drive value, innovation, and competitive advantage.
- Drive procurement digitalization (automation and spend analytics).
- Partner with R&D and technical teams to evaluate and implement new materials.
