Job Description

Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and map them to Oracle Fusion capabilities. 
Configure and implement Oracle Fusion modules (Finance / HCM / SCM depending on specialization). 
Conduct FIT-GAP analysis and recommend best practices. 
Design functional solutions and prepare configuration documents. 
Perform system setup, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment. 
Integrate Oracle Fusion with third‑party applications. 
Provide post‑implementation support and enhancements. 
Troubleshoot issues and ensure system performance optimization. 
Collaborate with technical teams for customizations and reports. 
Train end‑users and prepare user documentation. 
Qualifications More than 5 years of experience with Oracle applications. 
Hands‑on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP/HCM/SCM). 
Strong understanding of business processes.
