Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support Oracle Fusion HCM integrations, reports, workflows, and extensions.
- Build and maintain solutions using HDL, HCM Extracts, HCM REST APIs, BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, Fast Formulas, and ESS.
- Develop customizations and personalizations using Visual Builder Studio (VBS), Redwood UI, Design Studio, Page Composer, and Application Composer.
- Create complex BIP and OTBI reports to meet business requirements.
- Troubleshoot production issues and support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and testing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and Oracle Support to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain technical documentation and best practices.
