Our Payroll team plays a critical role in ensuring employees in Mexico and Brazil are paid accurately, on time, and in full compliance with all local labor and tax regulations.
As a core pillar of our People Operations function, our mission is to enable employee confidence and operational integrity through efficient payroll execution, risk mitigation, and strict adherence to regulatory frameworks.
We aim to build processes aligned to daily operational needs and support continued expansion into new LATAM markets.
Key initiatives currently include optimizing payroll infrastructure in Mexico and Brazil, attention to audits, implementing automation, and developing consistent standards for future country launches.
