- Lead end-to-end UK payroll processes across complex, multi-entity environments
- Oversee benefits strategy, vendor management, and employee engagement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with UK payroll legislation, tax regulations, and audit requirements
- Manage pension governance, including contributions, reporting, and regulatory compliance
- Support global mobility cases (payroll, employment tax, cross-border benefits)
- Contribute to payroll-related M&A due diligence and post-acquisition integration
- Drive system improvements (Workday and integrations), automation, and data accuracy
- Deliver reporting and insights to HR, Finance, and leadership stakeholders
- Act as escalation point for complex payroll and benefits queries
