Job Description
· Build strong partnership with General Manager and the local management team;
· Act as the trusted strategic people advisor to Managers, supporting decision-making with people insights;
· Coach managers on performance, talent, engagement and employee relations;
· Support workforce planning and organizational topics within global frameworks;
· Execute HR processes (Talent acquisition, Talent Management, engagement, C&B, performance, L&D);
· Manage people operations within HR service delivery model (Ensure local labor law compliance, payroll check, contract management, knowledge base update);
· Coordinate with external vendors and advisors (payroll, legal, benefits);
· Ensure data accuracy and HR systems usage;
· Ensure alignment between global policies and local legal and cultural realities;
