This is a fixed-term contract position of 2-year with possibility for renewal subject to organisational needs and individual performance.
You will be responsible for
- building and managing a database of storage and archival records in a systematic order;
- providing administrative support to the Division including PAC and related group meetings, arranging travel , monthly forecasting;
- acting as a primary liaison in communication regarding artistic procurement exercise, and assisting in procurement tasks, including data input and registration into the ERP system, as well as reporting and registering works;
