Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform day-to-day support, administration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform including mid-servers and integration points.
- Work directly with end users to troubleshoot and resolve support issues.
- Gather, identify, and document business requirements.
- Develop clear and concise technical and process documentation.
- Develop, install, and troubleshoot ServiceNow applications with possible integration with other programs.
- Troubleshoot bugs, fix defects, support users, and build enhancements for applications built on the platform.
- Perform code reviews to ensure that quality is met regarding coding standards, integration, extensibility, and security.
- Assist in maintaining detailed documentation of application design and code generation techniques used to train other developers on ServiceNow system software.
