The Senior Power Electronics Engineering Manager leads the Power Electronics engineering function supporting industrial projects across the LATAM region. This role combines technical leadership with direct people leadership, ensuring effective project execution, strong team capability, and disciplined engineering practices aligned with business needs.
The role is focused on project delivery, technical excellence, and cross‑functional collaboration, while contributing to the continued development of the organization. In addition to regional responsibilities, the role will lead engineering resources contributing to projects for other GE Vernova units, requiring strong coordination, organizational effectiveness, and collaborative engagement across teams and regions.
