Job Summary
:As the Senior Prime Contracts Professional in Warsaw, you will support effective administration and management of the prime contract agreement between the Customer and Bechtel. The position reports operationally to the Prime Contracts Manager and functionally to the Global Business Unit (GBU) Manager of Prime Contracts. Duties and responsibilities include implementation of the Prime Contract Management Program and ongoing related training, monitoring, compliance with project/prime contract completion requirements and status. In consultation with GBU Management/Legal, facilitate strategies for effective management of project commercial matters, including creation and capture of contemporaneous records.
