Job Description
Provide advisory support to procurement teams on compliance requirements before purchasing decisions are made
Interpret applicable laws, import/export regulations, and industry compliance requirements
Ensure procurement activities align with local and international trade regulations
Handle product registration processes and renewal cycles
Maintain compliance documentation for all regulated products
Ensure all required approvals, licenses, and certifications are updated and valid
Develop and maintain a tracking system/database for compliance, registration, and trade documentation
Ensure data accuracy and traceability of all regulatory records
Support group-level reporting and escalation of regulatory risks or changes
Requirements
Minimum 5 years’ experience in procurement, regulatory compliance, or trade compliance roles
