Requirements:
Minimum of 7 years' professional experience in product, interaction or UX design, with evidence of delivering real-world digital products.
Proven experience designing complex, large-scale systems and enterprise‑grade interfaces.
Strong visual design skills and a holistic approach to product experience, balancing aesthetics with usability and accessibility.
Demonstrable experience contributing to or owning Design Systems (components, tokens, documentation).
