Job Description
**What you will do:**
+ Manage New Product Introductions effectively
+ Develop and execute state of the art promotional and educational programs
+ Drive price and product mix to maximize sales and profitability
+ Develop and maintain relationships with surgeon champions and KOLs
+ Standardize and implement sales and marketing best practices across geographies
+ Play an active role in the IBP process as appropriate
+ Take responsibility for demand generation and forecasting accuracy
+ Partner with Education Team to deliver best in class sales force training
+ Drive and influence sales force focus, effort and results
+ Be the market subject matter expert for the Endoscopy products, understanding market trends, competitive intelligence, product performance and evidence requirements
