Job Description
As a Senior Product Operations Manager at SmartRecruiters, you will play a key role in building scalable, efficient, and high-impact product operations. Your work will enable Product Managers, Designers and R&D teams to focus on delivering outstanding products for our customers.
You are passionate about how great products are built. In this role, you will evolve ways of working, strengthen customer feedback practices, optimise the product operations technology stack, and support release and launch execution. You will also collaborate with Product Marketing and GTM teams to ensure business alignment and consistent external messaging.
