Job Description
Caterpillar Inc. is seeking a candidate to oversee daily production operations at multiple manufacturing sites in San Luis Potosí. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, advanced English proficiency, and experience in supervisory positions.
Successful candidates will lead performance programs for operations staff, ensure safety and performance standards, and maintain regulatory compliance. The position operates on-site five days a week and relocation assistance is available.
