The Senior Project Director – Major LRT Program provides executive leadership, strategic oversight, and delivery governance for a large-scale urban rail transit program delivered through a collaborative Alliance model.
Acting as the senior representative of EGIS within an integrated delivery environment, this role is accountable for aligning technical excellence, program performance, and partner collaboration to achieve successful outcomes across all phases of delivery.
Operating within a complex, multi-partner environment, the Senior Project Director ensures project execution reflects best practices in integrated rail delivery, stakeholder alignment, and alliance-based governance, while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, innovation, and long-term operational readiness.
