Job Description
As a Senior Project Manager in the newly created Commercial Banking Project Management Office (PMO), you will play a critical role in shaping business solutions and driving project success. You will work as part of a collaborative team that is a catalyst for delivering transformation initiatives, accelerating value creation, and infusing Agile ways of working that drive continuous improvement. This is a hybrid role with 4 days in the office.
What will you do?
- Business Agility: Utilize tools and routines to enhance transparency, collaboration, and roadblock removal. Encourage self-organization and cross-functionality within the team. Track performance and drive process improvements using data insights.
