Role:
You will be responsible for the full-cycle accounting of a portfolio of properties and will work closely with property managers, asset managers, and external stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting and strong operational support. Key Responsibilities
* Manage full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of properties, including monthly financial statements and variance analysis.
* Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations.
* Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages for internal stakeholders.
* Coordinate annual operating budgets and forecasts with property management teams.
* Review and reconcile tenant billings including CAM, operating cost recoveries, and property tax allocations.
