Senior Property Manager — Calgary
Confidential Search. Bucci Developments is hiring a Senior Property Manager to lead operations of between 300 and 500 units in inner city locations.
Responsibilities
- Day‑to‑day operations of a contemporary mixed‑use building — HVAC, mechanical, electrical, life safety
- Annual operating budget, monthly reporting, AR/AP, and bank reconciliations
- Hiring and leading on‑site maintenance, leasing, and concierge teams
- Tenant experience, move‑ins/outs, and resident community programming
- Vendor management across landscaping, snow, cleaning, elevators, and access/security systems
Qualifications
- Active property‑management licence (Alberta)
- 5+ years in residential property management, with demonstrated experience in stewardship of first‑class assets
