Compensation: $85,000–$110,000 base salary + benefits
Schedule: Full-time, onsite
Our client, a boutique and rapidly growing Asset Management firm, is seeking a Senior Property Manager to support its expanding residential portfolio across Ontario. With over 1,600 residential units under management—and continued acquisitions underway—this newly created role will provide leadership and oversight for approximately 1,000 units.
Reporting directly to the Director, Asset Management, the Senior Property Manager will play a key role in operational excellence, financial performance, tenant satisfaction, and the integration of newly acquired assets.
