Overview
Ensures high-quality, consistent, and efficient product content across assigned product categories, while supporting team members, workflows, and continuous improvements across the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own quality, structure, and consistency across assigned product categories
- Act as a key bridge between stakeholders and the publishing team
- Support and guide a group of publishers in their daily work
- Ensure efficient workflows and adherence to templates, guidelines, and best practices
- Perform and oversee quality assurance of product content
- Support onboarding and knowledge sharing within the team
- Identify and drive improvements in workflows, tools, and AI-supported processes
- Work closely with the team to continuously evaluate and improve how AI is used in content creation, localisation, and workflows
