Senior Quality Complaint Engineer
We are currently in search of a Senior Quality Complaint Engineer to join our Quality Management department of the Marquardt Group in our location Irapuato (Mexico).
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with the timely response to the Customer, derived from logistical issues.
- Monitor and maintain the Customer portals and ensure the correct filling of the information.
- Follow up on the KPIs related to their area of responsibility and take the necessary actions to comply with them.
- Ensure compliance with the requirements related to the position indicated in the IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards, specific customer requirements and the legal requirements of the area.
- Actively participate in the processes of Continuous Improvement and root cause analysis.
