Senior Quantity Surveyor – Groundworks & Civils

Watford-based, with travel to live projects across London, Hertfordshire and the Home Counties.

Salary: £70,000–£90,000 + car allowance + performance / EBITDA-linked bonus.

This role is a hands-on commercial lead position covering multiple live construction projects. You will take ownership of CVRs, applications for payment, variations, retentions, subcontractor accounts, commercial reporting and final accounts.

The role is best suited to someone who is close to project delivery, comfortable working directly with Project Managers, and confident protecting margin while maintaining strong client relationships. You should be used to working in a commercially disciplined contractor or subcontractor environment where cash, entitlement, programme change and GP% matter.
