Responsibilities
- Prepare and review BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates based on drawings and specifications
- Assist in tendering process including RFQ preparation, quotation comparison, and commercial evaluation
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and support award recommendations
- Monitor project costs and track expenditures against approved budgets
- Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and assist in financial reporting
- Support cash flow tracking and cost planning activities
- Measure and value works done on site and verify quantities
- Assess and certify subcontractor progress claims
- Prepare payment recommendations and maintain cost records
- Manage variation orders including identification, measurement, pricing, and documentation
