We're working with a leading contractor who is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a major town centre regeneration programme. This is a substantial, multiyear scheme offering long-term stability and the chance to step into a pivotal commercial role on a highprofile project.

You'll be joining the project at an important phase, with construction running through to December 2026 and commercial close-out extending into early 2027.
