Bring your energy to Aggreko as Senior Recruiter based in Canada. You’ll be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of roles within Aggreko. This includes attracting, engaging, and securing top Technician talent through proactive sourcing strategies, data-driven decision-making, and strong hiring manager partnerships.

What you’ll do
- Manage 20-30 active requisitions on average per month, ensuring all roles are filled efficiently and effectively.
- Recruiting for Sales, engineers, operations, Technicians and other roles.
- Ensure compliance and accuracy by managing recruitment processes through Workday and maintaining <10% offer correction rates.
