Responsibilities- Serve as the talent advisor for the Guadalajara Hub, leading full‑cycle recruitment for specialized IT roles and key corporate functions (HR, Finance, Legal, etc.).
- Collaborate with global teams and influence hiring decisions through market insights.
- Build and execute recruiting strategies, adapting approaches to diverse stakeholder needs.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners in Mexico and the US to understand current and future talent needs.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies and identify appropriate recruiting channels.
- Gather and analyze the IT labor market, talent supply/demand, and compensation trends to provide data‑driven insights that influence hiring decisions.
