Job Description
As a Senior Risk Officer your responsibilities are:
- Drive the bank's risk monitoring across all key areas : credit, operational, liquidity, ESG and ICT; ensuring accurate, timely controls and reporting.
- Support Enterprise Risk Management, contributing to the annual risk assessment, Risk Appetite Framework calibration, risk taxonomy updates, and policy/procedure enhancements.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, staying on top of CSSF/EU requirements (Basel, CRR, DORA, ESG) and embedding them effectively into the bank's processes.
- Advise senior management, providing sharp risk insights, assessments, and recommendations to enable sound, risk‑aware decision‑making.
- Promote a strong risk culture by raising awareness, supporting training initiatives, and collaborating with operational teams to identify, assess, and remediate control deficiencies.
