Job Description

Responsibilities

:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive major account strategy in coordination with the Head of Major Accounts.
  • Identify and document key stakeholders across marketing, brokerage, asset management and executive leadership to ensure we know who to engage, how they influence and what motivates them.
  • Create and develop relationships with key clients to enhance retention and increase additional sales to those accounts. Constantly seek, share and implement best practices in the sales function. 
  • Grow account participation and revenue among named Major Accounts by launching centralized advertising agreements or negotiating company-wide MSAs; collaborate with field sales teams to assist in achieving team goals with local offices.
  • Represent LoopNet by hosting and attending industry events and networking with commercial real estate professionals.
