Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive major account strategy in coordination with the Head of Major Accounts.Identify and document key stakeholders across marketing, brokerage, asset management and executive leadership to ensure we know who to engage, how they influence and what motivates them.Create and develop relationships with key clients to enhance retention and increase additional sales to those accounts. Constantly seek, share and implement best practices in the sales function. Grow account participation and revenue among named Major Accounts by launching centralized advertising agreements or negotiating company-wide MSAs; collaborate with field sales teams to assist in achieving team goals with local offices.Represent LoopNet by hosting and attending industry events and networking with commercial real estate professionals.Qualifications:
