have solid technical expertise in HR IT solutions and hands-on experience with SAP Time Management,
be able to work with other custom applications within the HR IT landscape,
understand business requirements such as time schemas, work schedules, overtime handling, wage types, absences, attendance quotas, and reporting needs,
bring experience in delivering 2nd and 3rd level support for SAP Time Management, with strong problem-solving skills,
