Senior ServiceNow Administrator
Description of Assignment
The ServiceNow Program requires a Senior ServiceNow Administrator that will proactively work towards the platform’s stabilization, strategic growth/functionality road-mapping, and configuration of smaller scale processes in support of process improvements and Employee Experience.
Assignment Duties
· Manages all aspects of the ServiceNow platform, including user administration, access control, and system configurations.
· Configures and customizes ServiceNow modules (ITSM, SPM, and APM), platform and mobile to meet business requirements.
· Provides support and training to ServiceNow users, including troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and delivering training sessions as needed.
