Responsibilities
- Lead and innovate On’s Ecom business plan by owning and developing the financial Ecom budget and predictive forecasting models, specifically leveraging time series and advanced analytical techniques
- Drive the elevation of planning processes into an AI‑infused function by identifying and implementing workflow automation and cutting‑edge data science solutions
- Generate actionable, executive‑level insights for the Digital leadership team by closely monitoring business performance against plan and assessing risks and opportunities
