Position Summary

Join On as a Sr. Specialist – Regional Sales Representative in Quebec. You will champion the brand, manage key accounts, and drive sales growth.

Your Mission

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, increasing market share within existing doors.
  • Champion brand awareness and support in‑store and digital execution of product merchandising, launches, and events.
  • Support daily account operations including order book management, inventory management, sell‑in/sell‑out, and merchandising.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations using On material and data.
  • Perform sales analytics reviews to align with On’s sales strategies and achieve targets.
  • Perform market analysis to inform product and channel strategies.
