Job Description
The Senior Statistician leads and delivers analytical expertise across a broad range of advanced survey research and statistical methods to answer research questions related to the analysis of physician assessment, workforce, and survey data. Advise/mentor staff on advanced statistical methods related to statistics and survey research.
Reporting to the Director, Research & Data Intelligence, the Senior Statistician has the following primary responsibilities:
- Generates research project ideas that support the organization’s overall research and operational strategy.
- Serves as the subject matter expert (SME) on methodological issues related to survey, workforce, and assessment data. Advises and mentors staff on advanced statistical methods, survey research methodologies.
