Automation Leadership
- Own and champion the automate‑first engineering culture across the GTIO team
- Design reusable, peer-reviewed IaC frameworks using Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, and Python
- Engineer enterprise‑grade solutions; enforce IaC‑first PR governance; automate infrastructure drift remediation
- Lead systematic identification and elimination of manual operational work across the platform
AI‑Augmented Engineering
- Champion AI tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, AIOps platforms) across the engineering team
- Define and enforce team‑wide standards for AI‑assisted development, code review, and documentation
- Lead evaluations of AIOps tools for anomaly detection, capacity planning, and self‑healing workflows
- Continuously assess emerging AI capabilities and translate findings into actionable platform proposals
