The Senior Talent and Learning Specialist in Global Learning at Marshis responsible formanaging,designingand executing learning solutions that foster a culture of growth among colleagues. This role involves project management, independent work, and strong collaboration with various stakeholders. Reporting to the Global Leadership, Programs, and Curriculum Development Lead, the position is part of the Global Learning team within the Careers Center of Expertise, focused on delivering innovative, scaled solutions to meet organizational needs.
