Technical Recruiter – AI & Strategic Talent Hiring
6-Month Contract, Hybrid (3 Days/Week In-Office, Canadian Hubs)
Location: Downtown Toronto - Bay Street
Pay Rates:
T4: 51-59/hr
IC: 61-70/hr
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for senior technical and strategic customer-facing positions
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs, define candidate profiles, and drive hiring strategies
- Lead intake sessions, profile calibration meetings, pipeline reviews, and hiring forecasts
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and market intelligence
- Collaborate with sourcing teams to strategically allocate talent pipelines across multiple openings
