Job Description
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
Provides direct support on all IT technical problems on the factory floor production lines
Completes computer setup, operating system, clients software update, security patching and follows up on audit issues
Provides daily support to end users and resolves eHelpdesk tickets
Assists IT Solutions/Infrastructure Assistant or above on all functions
**Knowledge/Skills/Competencies**:
Customer service orientation
Troubleshooting & problem resolving skills
Good Communication (both oral and written)
Good knowledge of the Windows OS (server and client) and the desktop operating environment.
Fundamental knowledge of networking concepts
Fundamental knowledge of infrastructure diagnostic tools and processes
Fundamental knowledge of end-point security management tools and processes
**Physical Demands**:
Duties of this position are performed in a normal office environment.
