Key Responsibilities

Provide end‑to‑end SAP BASIS support across DEV, QA, and Production environments

Monitor SAP systems for availability, performance, background jobs, spool, and system health

Handle incident, problem, and service request tickets in line with SLAs and support procedures

Support patching, kernel upgrades, and support packs under change management processes

Manage user administration, roles, authorizations, and audit‑related activities

Troubleshoot BASIS issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution with relevant teams
