Senior Tooling Engineer (molds)

Authority. Has the authority to request tooling maintenance actions, initiate replacement evaluations, and drive supplier corrective actions for tooling issues.

The Tooling Engineer is responsible for managing and controlling Eaton‑owned tooling located at external supplier sites. This role ensures tooling inventory accuracy, oversees preventive maintenance execution, identifies tooling replacement needs in advance, and leads capital project requests for new or replacement tooling. The position supports production continuity, supplier performance, and long‑term asset reliability.

• Maintain an accurate and up‑to‑date inventory of all Eaton‑owned tooling located at supplier facilities.
