As a Senior Trade Show & Event Planning Specialist, you will act as team leader in designing the events strategy, handling advanced event planning tasks and overseeing various components of event execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of our trade shows are meticulously planned and executed, enhancing our brand's impact and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
Act as Team Leader, coordinating the Events Team
Design an effective events plan to support Sales and Business objectives
Lead the coordination of comprehensive event logistics
Oversee vendor relations and negotiate service agreements
Manage all aspects of on-site event execution
Analyze and report on event metrics and feedback
