This role combines operational excellence with leadership responsibilities, including mentoring team members, quality control oversight, and serving as an escalation point for complex docketing issues. The specialist supports trademark attorneys by maintaining precise web-based records, generating portfolio reports, and ensuring compliance with all deadlines while contributing to process improvements and team development.
