About the Role
We’re seeking a Senior SIP/VoIP Engineer to design, operate, and enhance our global enterprise voice systems. You’ll play a hands-on role supporting carrier-grade voice infrastructure, ensuring call quality and uptime, and driving operational excellence. This position is ideal for someone who is fluent in SIP technologies, enjoys troubleshooting complex call flows, and thrives in collaborative, cross-functional environments.
What You’ll Do
- Support and maintain voice infrastructure, including SBCs, policy servers, and voice gateways
- Troubleshoot SIP signaling and call flow issues across global platforms
- Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to high-severity incidents as needed
- Work closely with DevOps, Cloud, Network, and Security teams to ensure reliable and secure service delivery
- Partner with vendors for platform updates, tuning, and escalations
