Job Description
**Hybrid Work Model:** This position follows our hybrid work model. The selected candidate is expected to be in the office a minimum of **50% per month** at one of the following locations: **St. Petersburg, FL; Memphis, TN; Southfield, MI;**
**Responsibilities**
+ Act as the **central communication point** between HR/Payroll business partners and IT teams.
+ Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
+ Define and recommend **Workday functional designs** across business processes, reporting, integrations, analytics, and security (no direct production configuration).
+ Create and maintain clear documentation, including:
+ Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
+ Functional design specifications
+ Process flows, diagrams, and current/future-state models
+ Translate complex business needs into actionable functional guidance for technical and configuration teams.
