There are two open positions for this role and the hours of work are:
Position 1
- Sunday 3:00pm - 8:00pm
- Monday 4:00pm - 8:00pm
Position 2
- Tuesday - Saturday 8:00am - 12:00pm
This exciting and dynamic role is a perfect fit for someone who understands the value of exceptional customer service. As a Customer Service Team Member, you'll be stationed at our in-store service desk, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service possible.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include answering customer inquiries and providing advice to processing returns, exchanges, refunds, and transfers.
