As our new Service Manager, you are responsible for the service delivery and the BEUMER Group's service organization at Oslo Gardermoen Airport consisting of 20‑25 colleagues – all collaborating to keep the baggage system running 24/7/365. Your primary responsibility is to secure an efficient and profitable operation of the site and a high level of customer satisfaction. More specifically, the tasks include but are not limited to:
